Hydra-Guard Sports Drink makes the perfect shot with Pro-Golfer and World Long Drive Champion Alexis Belton as she joins the roster of professional stars that hydrate with Hydra-Guard such as Denver Nuggets Paul Millsap and Minnessota Vikings Alexander Mattison.
Following three years on the women’s golf team at Texas Wesleyan University, Alexis now competes in events that are sanctioned by the World Long Drive Association, which is owned by the Golf Channel, part of the NBC Sports Group.
The 2x World Long Drive Champion and current #1 American Long Driver is very excited to partner with the rising sports drink brand as she takes on another season and joins the LPGA. “Proper Hydration goes beyond fluid in the body but to be properly hydrated is to be prepared, to be full of the necessary components to succeed daily.” says Belton.
The quickly rising natural sports drink originally launched in 2017 and expanded its footprint in recent years. CEO Joseph Tucker says “We are excited to have Belton make the switch to Hydra-Guard Sports Drink and keep her properly hydrated while managing the course in competition. Belton has already seen much success in her career, and the best part is that she’s just getting started.”
As the WLD events were cancelled for the rest of 2020, Alexis will continue to train while focusing on her journey to the LPGA. She has been staying positive through these times as she believes ‘proper hydration’ is more than just having a quality product such as Hydra-Guard. “When we fill our body’s of the right things: positivity, love, compassion, grace, hope, forgiveness, peace, kindness, and self-control(hard work), we can not only be our best selves but also make the world a better place by being yourself.”
