“Hydration goes beyond fluid in the body but to be hydrated is to be prepared, to be full of the necessary components to succeed daily. When we fill our body’s of the right things; positivity, love, compassion, grace, hope, forgiveness, peace, kindness, and self-control(hard work), we can not only be our best selves but also make the world a better place by being ourself.”
